Ringgold Golf Team Enjoying A Good Season

         The Ringgold Rams golf team has started off with a fairly good start with a record of 8-4. The varsity team consists of Jared Weiss, Kris Marchewka, Mike Antonelli, Patrick Kane, Chris Fibbi, and Joe Siciliano.
         Coach Osleger also pointed out that Chris Carr and Alex Allen are his seventh and eighth men. With five of their six starters being seniors the team is poised to make a playoff run. Coach Osleger says, “ We are definitely in the hunt.”
         One of the Rams biggest accomplishments this season was their upset victory over Baldwin on their home course. The victory marked the first time Baldwin’s golf team lost at home. Another major accomplishment was when the Rams conquered a seven-team tournament en route to a first place victory. Marchewka took first in that tournament while Weiss placed second. Most recently, the Rams have won two straight matches against Keystone Oaks with Marchewka shooting one under par, and Weiss shooting two over and so far the Rams season has been a definite whole in one.
